"This was, by far, one of the worst states of my whole travelling experience. I had the worst night at this hotel, experiencing intense and abnormal itchiness all night, which kept me up most of my one night stay. Given that I felt exhausted after long flight, I just wanted to go to sleep and get some rest. Instead, all night, I was itching my body and my skin, as if something was crawling on it. In all my years of travel, I have never experience anything like that. I sprayed some hand sanitizer...

"I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. I flew in from Texas to spend two days with my family, and every aspect of our visit was exceptional. "The parking was a little confusing but the location was fantastic. Right there by LAX, and they said the shuttles to the airport runs every 25 to 30 minutes but I waited about 10 minutes between shuttles. The room was spacious and clean."
