"Convenient location, easy access to the parking garage, beautiful hotel and really nice rooms. Everything was clean and in great shape. This is one of my fav hotels to stay at in LA and I’ve stayed here multiple times now. "

"So this was my second time staying in this hotel this week alone. Check out my previous review on that stay. This stay, 1 night, was much better! Jennifer and Nestor were there to check me in. I told Jennifer about what happened earlier in the week and she apologized! I requested to not be on that floor and have an even number room. Not only was it quiet, but I had a view of the airplanes coming in which I enjoy! Much better quality of a room compared to the previous room. I would just suggest they clean the AC unit. One downside which is nothing compared to before, I forgot that the floor I was on had the spotlights outside the window which keeps the room lit up during the night. "

"Staff was super slow during check in which was understandable because of the busy weekend but what was the absolute worst about this hotel is the parking situation. I was charged $10 for going into the parking garage attached to the hotel and leaving immediately since there was absolutely no parking. They couldn’t refund me this $10 because i booked through Expedia and not their actual website. Also the elevators are hella old and janky and took forever to get into when there are only 10 floors to this hotel. Overall not happy with my experience at this hotel. Would not recommend! "
