"We are repeat customers and have chosen this hotel every time we are in the SoCal area. Location near LMU and the airport is convenient. Breakfast buffet is a big positive and our room has always been consistently large, clean and well laid out. Parking is convenient and and while not cheap is worth the price. My only concern is that one front desk staff was just going through the motions and as a long-time marketing manager notice that it doesn’t take much effort to the courteous and friendly. We will still patronize this hotel as it seems like this staff member’s attitude is an aberration compared to prior experience."
