"Friendly staff & clean rooms"

"We always stay at the Royal Park when we’re in town visiting family. They offer an excellent location and consistent, friendly service. We really enjoy being within walking distance to all the many great restaurants in downtown Rochester. The aesthetic updates they’re doing throughout the hotel are nearly finished and look lovely; I like the mid-century modern touches and new upholstery, but I just wish they hadn’t erased all that beautiful warmth and sophistication of the natural wood paneling...

"Front desk staff were lovely! Hotel itself is quite nice, bed was comfy.. only issue was I think housekeeping could’ve done a slightly better job as we found a bottle wrapper on a chair and crumbs on the couch!"
