The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. "The staff was great. However, there was a fair amount of pubic hair left in our bathroom from the last guest. Also, we went to adjust a crooked picture on the wall, and the picture fell down. Behind said picture someone had stuck a suboxone wrapper to the wall. That creeped me out. Just a dirty room! i would get some new housekeepers then I would try it again."

"Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft."

"Alright place to stay, front desk evening staff wasn’t the nicest and had to wait for a while to check in as they weren’t at the desk. You hardly get any soap or shampoo and there is no complimentary breakfast. Would only recommend for a quick and cheaper stay."
