"There was trash in both of our rooms that showed the rooms had not been cleaned adequately. The front desk employee offered us two different rooms, one of which reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the building being non-smoking. We left and went to a neighboring hotel."

"The bed was clean and the refrigerator worked but there was no water pressure in the shower! The tub pressure was sooo low I decided to use the sink to wash at. Also no meat during breakfast was a let down."

"We stayed over overnight in order to attend a friend’s wedding the next day. We were very happy with our room, the lobby, sitting area and appearance and cleanliness of the continental breakfast. Very nice place to say for the price."

"Check in was quick and easy. Jordan was very helpful and very nice ! Upon entering the elevator though we could smell the faint smell of marijuana and it was not the cleanest and quite worn down. The room was spacious and somewhat clean except for the hair that I found in the bed when we turned down the comforter. There is an outdoor pool (that we didn't use) and a barbeque area (that we didn't use). Twice we encountered a couple of people walking around the exterior of the building smoking...

"Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there...

"It’s not my thing to be judgmental or harsh, and as a former Marine I am well versed in how to make just about any situation work in a pinch. Thus, if you need a place to sleep and shower only, this hotel could meet that need. But….very minimal amenities to speak of and messy and unclean environment (hallways, laundry room etc. Staff were generally helpful but not always immediately available, so lots of unnecessary waiting in line time. I requested a room change after the first night...
