"Very nice stay. Large, clean rooms with full kitchen. Decently located off the highway and close too dining and the mall. Would have liked an on site breakfast option besides the convenience market in the lobby. Happy with our experience."

"Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft."

"They said they were under new ownership and renovating. Still no excuse to give us a room with no working shower and visible mold and debris littering the hallways. The property seemed very aged, very different than any photos... beds were OK, but bathroom was horrendous."

Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. "The staff was great. However, there was a fair amount of pubic hair left in our bathroom from the last guest. Also, we went to adjust a crooked picture on the wall, and the picture fell down. Behind said picture someone had stuck a suboxone wrapper to the wall. That creeped me out. Just a dirty room! i would get some new housekeepers then I would try it again."

"The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. "Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it."
