"The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!"

"The room had good space and was clean and staff were friendly. We were there for four days and housekeeping never came in. Online it says they will come every other day but it turns out you have to request it. It would get a better grade if they at least checked the trash and towels. We did enjoy our stay."

"Stayed 6/20/26. On Expedia nothing was mentioned about the property under complete renovation. No cable or wifi, with nobody on property to help. Staff was very nice, unfortunately they get the brunt of it."

"Check-in was smooth and easy. We were traveling as a group of moms and younger daughters and the staff was able to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other. The hotel has a nice patio area outside of the pool but no way to access it. The moms were hoping for a quiet sitting area to supervise the girls in the pool but instead sat in the hallway outside the pool (pool was average for a hotel) waffles were the hit of breakfast.
