"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. From the concierge to wait staff and housekeeping, everyone was friendly and very attentive. Our room was pristine and refreshed/restocked daily. We stayed in a large balcony king overlooking the river. So relaxing having a cup of coffee in the morning and glass of wine at night listening to the river! We also attending a bridal shower in the conservatory and the set-up was beautiful. The staff helping with the event were great as well. "

"The hotel is very close to the freeway. My room overlooked the freeway. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the traffic. I asked twice for my room to be cleaned by two different staff members. Neither time was it cleaned. There was hair from the previous guest in my shower. Don’t stay here. The staff doesn’t care about the guests or the property."

"No soap in shower dispensers as well the property has paper thin walls where you can completely hear other people’s conversation."

"Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!"

"Basic room, but that's what we expected. Our neighbors were outside enjoying some pot and our room smelled very strongly of it. We carry air spray and dealt with it. Signage said this was a 100% no smoking facility inside or outside. Also the lamp next to the bed could not be turned on as the knob was non-existent."

"Breakfast was actually very nice with the oatmeal bar being my favorite! Our room was very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. There was an issue with our room initially but staff handled it professionally and got it taken care of for us. "

"Rooms are super clean, as is the entire hotel. Staff was very friendly- employees in the elevator even made a point to wishing me a good day. Pool was pretty crowded, as I believe there was a birthday party, but looked nice. My only wish is that they would have more firm pillows - they are pretty squishy! but the bed was very comfortable. "I was here as a part of business trip and stayed for a week. Good location, proximity to Walmart Supercenter and other stores. Suite room amenities were good and parking felt safe. The front desk was very helpful.The only downside I did find was the very limited breakfast options - Coffee, muffins and granola bar and the wifi not getting connected to my laptop (it did connect to my phone). All in all, I would stay here again and recommend this."
