"We only had a muffin, coffee, and juice. It was pretty standard. The comforter on the bed had seen better days and it was lumpy where the filling had shifted and lumped together. There were two big piles of dirty sheets and towels on the floor in the hallway when we got there in the late afternoon and they were still there the next morning. The refrigerator dint work. Staff was very friendly."

"Property was clean. Bed, pillows, and sheets were horrible. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Linens were so bleached to the point I had to put one of my t-shirts on a pillow and they were non-supportive, flat as pancakes."

"Lisa, who was working at the desk was incredibly helpful and friendly. HOWEVER, we booked this stay based on a previous visit and knowing there was a pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were not working. The kitchen was closed (we checked in a little early at 3pm, and that was for the entire day/night). "The breakfast was not good at all considering the standard and price of this hotel, and there was very limited variety as well. The staff was better and welcoming, but the room was not cleaned at all during my 2-day stay, never bothered to come and clean. The toiletries were provided for only one person even though we had booked a 2 double bed room. The only thing that stood out positively was the parking."
