The only way to get luke warm water in the sink was turning the bath faucet on for awhile. Then the next morning we found luke warm shower water that rapidly went to ice cold. "The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. "Not the worst but definitely not the best. Lots of broken items or repairs that were not done well. Not very clean. We had to wipe the floor in the bathroom because they wiped a bunch of hairs and dirt behind the door. Beds were comfy though and AC worked great. Breakfast was decent. Would like to see staff take better care of the rooms before going back"

"My only issue is I am IHG member have been for quite some time now and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times requested late check out through the prompt that it gives you on the TV and even called in the morning for them to tell me late checkout is for IHG members only and they could give me till 1130 mind you I am a member asked the woman to double check. She said of sorry…i can still just do 1130………not to mention had two maids ENTER my room before 11 am wake me up and felt pretty invasive...
