"I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. My partner and I only stayed one night, but everything from check in to room cleanliness to safety and quiteness, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Only negative is that we paid for "executive suite" and the M Room was not open to us for use. Which sucked. We were looking forward to free breakfast!

"I liked that it was being remodeled at the time of our stay. So, our room was very new,clean and pulled together. The decorating was very tasteful, but minimal.
The room we stayed in could have used a comfortable chair , or love seat to sit in to watch t v in the evening.
I would stay there again or in other hotels that are part of the group.
Breakfast was fine.
Staff was friendly and polite."

"Free breakfast was great! Hotel was what you’d expect with a Holiday Inn Express- not bad by any means, but nothing special at all. We flew in that afternoon and my son and Father attended a concert at Pine Knob which was why we stayed there for the night- we’re from Florida, and hotel rooms with carpet creep me out- hotel rooms here in Florida don’t usually have carpet. This hotel has carpet in the rooms, which I know is typical for Michigan for the most part. Other than that, not bad. Pillows...
"Property was in disrepair, lots of construction. Elevator was dirty. The staff was very friendly though. The room was ok, mostly clean but mold in bathroom and other random small details. Lots of mechanical noises all night. My windshield was cracked when we went to car next morning. Can’t say it happened there, just when we first noticed it. "
