"The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. "Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice- just wish the bathtub drain would have worked, bust still managed to give my toddler a bath. Glad breakfast was included. Location was great for everything we had planned for our trip."

"Check-in was smooth and easy. We were traveling as a group of moms and younger daughters and the staff was able to accommodate our request for rooms next to each other. The hotel has a nice patio area outside of the pool but no way to access it. "Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. "I was very happy with the cleanliness of the property, helpfulness of staff, and the room was super cute and spacious. Looks aside, I was disappointed in my stay. Room 339 does not have hot water. We ran the shower for 10+ minutes and it was as cold as hose water. The only way to get the water to heat up was by continuously running the tap, and even then it would turn ice cold the second the shower was turned on.
