"We needed 1 night in Casablanca following our trip around Morocco, for an early flight the next morning. This hotel was conveniently located, very modern and clean. I would've expected a bit more from the front desk staff – they were cold and perfunctory. Upon check-in, the lady that was checking us in was preoccupied with her colleage working beside her, joking with him and also chatting with the customer he was chatting with. Check out was also very brusque and perfunctory. Not quite the Moroccan warmth and hospitality that we had become accustomed to from our previous 2 weeks through the country. "

"The airport transfer was spot on! Our one night stay was great, however the AC did not cool off the room and we had to leave the patio door open. The outdoor patio was a bonus. "

"Almost no water pressure in shower, couldn't even wash my hair properly. Barely passable breakfast (only the omelette was good, bread was basically inedible). Most staff is not friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive is the location close to the mosque, but far away from most other sites. "

"I stayed here for the last two nights of my Morocco trip, and overall it was a very comfortable experience. The room was spacious with nice amenities, and the staff were cooperative and responsive. Initially, I was given a twin room despite booking a king bed, but after I informed the reception, they immediately changed it. The hotel also has its own parking, which is a big plus. I also made a booking mistake, the manager helped me cancel that and rebook correctly for the same day. That level of support really stood out. The only minor issue was that the shower drain got clogged, although housekeeping mentioned it was a mechanical issue and would be fixed. Overall, a very pleasant stay with helpful staff and good service."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting."
