"The room was dirty, smelled bad, and was extremely small.
Another major issue is that they do not honor reservations. Even if you’ve already booked online, they may still tell you the hotel is full when you arrive. This actually happened to me, I showed up, and they told me my room had already been sold to someone else.
On top of that, they kept my credit card information and charged me 10 days later, claiming I was a no-show. That’s not true — I did show up, and it was their mistake.
