"Great location. Recommend the superior suite room. Reg double room is odd and too small. Superior suite was very comfortable and quiet as it faced back light well. Front desk reception is a bit quixotic. Staff is young and they seem ill at ease. Wanted to use the bikes and thought we had that arranged when we came by the morning of our check in. Turns out they only have 3 and they are not reservable- its first come first serve. Totally fair- but reception person didnt do a good job of saying that up front when we initially asked. Roof top terrace is lovely. Nice breakfast/ although only the continental Portion is included in your room price. Any breakfast dishes are additional charges. Again communication at front desk needs more clarity since they tell you your breakfast is included. But otherwise fine accomodation."

"Our hotel room was very spacious and staff were friendly. The unit came with a kitchen and utensils, which although we did not use, could be useful for some travellers. The one negative was that internet was quite unreliable. It consistently cut out for a few seconds a couple of times per hour every day of our seven day trip and was slow to load. So I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to travellers who require reliable strong internet connection. "

"La habitación muy limpia y bien equipada. El personal amable y agradable. La linea 9 del metro está a unas cuantas cuadras y te deja justo fuera del palacio de los deportes. Solo tuvimos 2 detalles. Se escuchaba mucho ruido del exterior y al agua caliente no era consistente. Fuera de eso el lugar increíble."

"Our standard room provided everything we needed for our 1 week stay. ULIV Mexicali is where we stayed, right at 83 Calle Mexicali, but there is another location called ULIV Condessa, not sure why the description shows this to be ULIV Condesa. The location was so convenient. Many restaurants and parks within walking distance. We did have a street facing room, so we did have some noise with the window open, but it was fine with the window closed. The standup cooling fan worked well. The shower was great, except I would really recommend that the shower be provided with an antislip mat, the tiles are very, very slippery. The rooftop terrace is such an added bonus. We had dinner there one night. Tables and chairs are available, a washroom (although it was out of order that night), there are comfortable couches as well. Our bed was comfortable. If I had to suggest some improvements, I would suggest a less fragrant detergent for sheets and towels, and a bedside switch to turn off the lights. Minor issues…we truly enjoyed our stay. Our front desk staff were very polite and helpful."
