Staff was friendly. However room had thick dust on top of lamp shades, lamp shade had writing with marker over it, thermostat didn’t work and there was a stand up heater in the corner to use, stains on the bathtub, walls need repairs, paint. Then the elevator was broke and the hallways wreaked of air freshener. This hotel desperately needs some TLC.

The front staff was friendly. The room was dirty, it smelled awful & beds were uncomfortable. It was noisy! I could hear guests shouting in the hallway & doors slamming. We checked out ASAP!!

Great location and a really comfortable stay! The motel is conveniently close to the Convention Center and downtown, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. If you’re in town for business or just want to be near the city center, this is a great place to stay!
