"Beautiful, roof top sitting with a view of the city, I looove the coffee options from the complimentary coffee machine. Check-in was a breeze, young lady at the front desk was nice, room was clean, bed was a bit creaky but comfy, toiletries and complimentary water were available. Walking distance to many restaurants, store, sights and sounds of Old San Juan. Only downside for the room I booked is that there's not much space if u have a lot of bags or a big bag. It was a good for a solo traveler...

Space large apartment like room with kitchen spacious bathroom sitting area etc. Location easy walk to everything in the area including beach. Dining great breakfast spot a block away and a great tapas wine bar as well. "Very unique architecture. Everything was beautiful. We loved the aesthetics. Very quiet on the balcony or the rooftop. Food was beyond excellent. Very delicious meals on the rooftop by the chef. Also the bartender made amazing food and cocktails. We couldn't have had a better time."

"This hotel is in the middle of everything. No need to rent a car. You can walk to some great restaurants and shops. There is a lot of history nearby and the Fort at Old San Juan is only 15 minutes away on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and air conditioned. Would have been nice if our room had a window, but that was no big deal. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They held our luggage after we checked out at 11am so we could explore the area before we left...
"The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in.
