"The stay was okay. The parking situation was awful. AC did not work well. Roof top bar was nice."

"The room was clean . Small , I chose the second floor as I didn’t Want to drag my bag further up stairs . The first set was bad enough . It’s good for one night only . I stayed 3 . Because it’s an old building renovated , the room had no window so a bit claustrophobic . Ok for one person only. No where to hang anything - a hook on the wall would be good . No towel rail so it was always damp . Put my own garbage out … not sure about that one . The owner was great at helping me decide which floor I wanted tho . The noise from the bar across the road starts at 2200 & ends at 0400 - it’s perfect if you want to drink all night and roll into bed … otherwise the bar noise is unremitting "

"Excellent location and good place for the price paid. All the area is safe and walkable with a lot of restaurants and bars available. The property needs some minor adjustments but not big deal.There are some Parkings available a few blocks from the property so, the parking is not a problem for those that rent a car. I would stay again"

"This hotel was perfect… smacked in the middle of Old San Juan… it was a breeze getting to restaurants and bars on foot. Lovey staff that were very responsive. The room was also very clean and came with the usual amenities. If you can, book a balcony room, the view is amazing! We visited the roof top restaurant twice, loved the drinks and the food. "
