"Centrally located in old San Juan lots to walk to in minutes. Faced the inner courtyard so a little noise from rooftop and downstairs lounge was to be expected. Quiet hours 11pm-8am were always upheld though. Clean room and great staff made our stay enjoyable. Thanks to Pedro, Daniel and Josue!"

We had issues with the bathroom in our room, we didn’t have any hot water and subsequently didn’t have any water pressure or water at all. Also, we found hair in our shower. We mention all of this to the employees, but they seem as though they didn’t wanna to help us. "The room was clean and small (we knew that going into it). The staff was responsive and communicative. The WiFi was okay- worked most of the time. The AC was amazing. We were on the third floor which was quite a hike but we knew that going into it. They provided beach towels and luggage storage after our stay which was super helpful!"
