Lots of bugs and insects. No hot water and too noisy. Wouldn’t recommend this at all. We made a very bad decision in choosing this place.

We got a big room but the water in the toilet didn't go down. The man at the reception came to order. But still the problem continued. The roof rattled from the rain. And the manager of the place was not ready to move us to a room. Only after we trained that we would stop the payment did he agree to transfer us. The breakfast is good and the service is very nice. The location is excellent

We enjoyed staying here as it was walkable from the downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the volcano from the pool was great and breakfast was wonderful each morning.

Manque de d'étagères dans la chambre. Manque de transats à la piscine, pas d'eau filtrée. Manque de crochets et tablettes dans la salle de bain. L'hôtel devrait offrir du café avec les compliments de l'hôtel. Surtout que c'est un pays producteur de café. Pas de bar, ni de machine à glaçons. Par contre le site est de toute beauté

Nice hotel to stay in La Fortuna.

Very spacious rooms and a decent breakfast. It is a bit of a walk from city center but still recommended this hotel.

A nice choice at the edge of town. Clean, quiet and convenient. Walk to shops, restaurants and the plaza. Walked across the road to Fortuna Hikes and Trails for an excellent guided tour.
