The accommodations feel private and secluded, like you're in your own private jungle. Great restaurant on site and just a short drive away from the town centre and many other sites.

Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel and staff to be great. The bed was comfortable and the amenities (kitchenette, bathroom) were good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent. They have a lot of different choices for lunch and dinner and the servings were generous. Breakfast was also very good but we found it pricey for what you got. The staff - Alonso, Izak and William - were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during high season. We booked it because of the great reviews and the location. The positive - the grounds are lovely, the people working the front desk are pleasant and friendly, the bar out front has happy hour and a great bartender. We enjoyed food and happy hour there several nights. We had a deluxe room king size bed. There was plenty of space, it had a kitchenette and they provided coffee to make coffee in the morning. Coffee was also available at the front reception (bring your own mug or stay there to drink) ran out of take away cup The bad - the bed is hard as a rock and the hotel lacks enough towels to provide clean towels or replace what we started with day 1. After the first day my washcloths were removed - never replaced. When I asked the 1st time I was told they did not have any more. Hand towels never replaced. On day three none of the towels were replaced and the one that was dirty on the floor was put on the counter in a pile. At this point I had to take all my towels to the front myself to get new ones and I was told they were short on towels because it is high season. I suggest the hotel buy more of each type of towel so they can provide at least a washcloth, hand towel and body towel daily. Ideally 2 body towels. They could also put up a sign saying if you don’t mind reusing towels to leave them hanging. Only one body towel is allowed per person unless you take the dirty ones to the front to get new ones.

Perfect hotel! You are immersed in the jungle and the scenery is amazing. Hotel was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, food was good, great location. This was the perfect hotel for our trip to La Fortuna, I would definitely recommend it and stay here again. Each room has it's own personal hot tub on the balcony and you're surrounded by trees and flowers which makes it very private. There are stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well.

Exceptional customer service (specially bartender) and atmosphere. Believe we stayed at one of the newest rooms —amazing for enjoying the rainy evening in the hot tub. It felt like home in the middle of the rainforest.

Loved this little hotel with private bungalows in the jungle. We had a private tub outside of our steps down from the porch surrounded by the jungle. The restaurant was good and they had a fun happy hour at the bar. It was in walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. They also had a short little hiking trail to the river.

Everything was perfect for my group. The rooms were clean, the restaurant was delicious, the staff was helpful and friendly. Kenny at the bar was a highlight of our trip due to his positive outlook and great drinks to unwind. Additionally, the price and location was great.

Great property and rooms! Felt like we (family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 15) had a private space in the jungle. The hot tub was a nice treat after adventures in the area - ziplining (Sky Adventures was great), the waterfall (super close to this hotel), Arenal hike and hot springs (we went to Ecotermale). There was also a great restaurant right next door called Chante Verde.

Overnight invasion of insects was overwhelming. Hot tub water was lukewarm at best. Front desk staff were not welcoming. Won’t be staying here again.

We had not so great experience here. We stayed here for 3 nights but our room was infested with bugs. We had our floor filled with hundreds of flying bugs that would come from the cracks of the wooden walls into the room at night. So much so that the room floor needed to be cleaned twice or thrice a day to take those dead bugs away into the garbage. The staff tried to take care of it but it did not work. The jacuzzi in the back patio was extremely slow to fill (like in 20 min the tub was not even third full so I ended un abandoning). The water was also not very warm when compared to temperature of the in the room shower. So I guess they try to reduce warm water usage outside. The front desk person (Victor) at the time of our checkout made some rude comments which was totally not warranted.

The room was nice and the food at the restaurant was great as well. We had an early morning excursion and they helped make sure we had our breakfast before we had to leave. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the amenities or take a walk down to the river. It was noisy with it being so close to the main road - making it hard for a good sleep if you are sensitive to noise. Overall I recommend it.

Era bien fácil a llegar a nuestro habitación y muy limpio. También es muy bonito y cómodo el jacuzzi era perfecto y uno tiene bastante privacidad. Hay un sendero que te lleva al río que era lindo. Nos encantamos el tratamiento del Isaac el nos atendió pura vida!
