"The property was a 10 min walk uphill from the main strip, ok going down about of effort needed going back up. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Although the room was a little dated it was spotless and very old style traditional feel to it. My only disappointment was no air conditioning which is a must for me, however there was a free standing fan which helped and as I only stayed one night. I would definitely recommend these apartments for a chilled relaxing...

"We sadly only stayed for one night for my partners birthday, but we had a great time and would definitely come back. The hotel was clean, the pool was gorgeous and swimmable in November! Staff were super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The beach is just across the road, great location, only 20 minutes from the airport. The strip is another 20 minutes down the road, well connected by local buses. Cannot fault this place! "

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. "

"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. "Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. "Drinks in the bar a bit more expensive than down on the strip but with it being on the complex it makes up for it and Lou in the bar is fab craic!. All the staff were lovely and friendly. My fav part was the Bermudas Breakfast, just perfect every day. Apartments are large and have your Kettle, toaster, microwave and two ring hob.
