"We had a great stay at Lemon Branch! The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and a liquor store. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Having a restaurant on-site with different daily specials every day was a nice bonus. The free trolley made it so easy to get to Downtown Miami and South Beach without spending extra on transportation. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"There is so much wrong with this hotel. It’s definitely a 2 or 3 star hotel at best. The amenities are limited to the mini fridge etc. The outlets were not secure and loose - very unsafe. There is a bolt that exists in the door but it doesn’t work so I didn’t feel super safe. The shower remodel was paint or some sticker covering of the older tiles which are now visible. "This is an older hotel but has been updated and maintained very nicely. Room was clean, no issues. There is only 1 elevator which allows a capacity of 5 people. The gym is very small and no water was available. The pool was clean and well maintained. Chairs, towels and water are available near the pool area. Staff were very friendly. Valet parking was $50/night. There is no self parking. There is a trolley stop across the street. This was useful since the hotel is not near the strip. I would...

"There is no onsite staff to help assist you, they only communicate through messages and it’s hard to get a response from them in a timely manor, they said they had parking and then messaged us and said they do not have parking, our toilet also would not flush, the room was hot and muggy, and the staffing messaging us were unreliable, we asked for a refund and would not give us one. Warning - Do Not Book unless you want to be scammed! "
