"We had a great experience with the concierge desk. Both Angelo and Chris provided us excellent service. We had an unfortunate travel delay and airport change that caused us to get in around 2 am. Both of these men helped to assist us in getting our luggage from the airport to the hotel, then to our room. The room itself was nice and cool, perfect for sleeping. The beach is a nice quick walk and plenty of places to eat near by. "

"Yes, the room was clean, but very dated. The drawers were broken and the television was small. Yes, the pool was very good! Excellent outside space and great access to the ocean boardwalk. Staff was excellent! The gym was small, dumbbells' were good, missing machines for Back and Legs but the television was good! Blinds were broken and dirty."

"TV never worked and was never fixed. Reported it and was told they’ll send someone and they never did. Valet service in the evening… HORRIBLE. The location was nice. Staff was helpful. Quality of sheets and towel were super cheap. "

"Terrible stay. Staff make a lot of noise, banging the walls in other rooms when cleaning. Vacuuming outside the room in the hall way. Dialogue with other staff members in the hallway. Called the front desk and they told me they would escalate the situation. It was terrible. I will never go back . No breakfast included."

"Grand Beach is solid for the price and location. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. Pool is clean and heated. Only con would be the water pressure for showers. They aren’t great. Ac was weak in original room hotel did move us to working room very fast which was great. Security could be a little over the top with the bracelets but i get it they dont want unwanted guests. Overall hotel is solid 4/5 stars. "

"Very nice hotel, but for how much it cost, it would be nice to have something included. Everything carried its own fee, and they wouldn’t even let us eat their own food in the lobby bar."
