"I liked the breakfast and the balcony"

"This is an older, smaller inn that is extremely clean, well-staffed, convenient for those staying in the Ramona area and a place I will stay again. It is not fancy but I had a good night there."

"the room was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was not very pleasant! He seemed annoyed when I asked questions. The pool was not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast hours were ridiculously Early {6am-9am}.- The breakfast hours should be open at least till 10am, we had children with us and they did not have breakfast. We felt RUSHED having to wake up the little one and hurry downstairs!!!! The hotel was nice clean and central to what our plans were. If these issues are...

"Air conditioning units were new and worked well. Room was clean and ready for us. The internet was poor and very spotty. Parking was great. Convenient to Heroes restaurant which is outstanding."

"lovely property, the staff was very accommodating and understanding as our reservation came in at midnight due to last minute cancelation from our previous location. the staff helped us find a room and be comfortably accommodated. my only comment would be the soap and shampoo provided in the room. i personally did not find it to be enough for 2 people. other than this. we would definably come back again."

"Top bed sheet was dirty; housekeeping had left for the day so the staff told us that we would have to replace it ourselves. Check out was at 11 AM and Housekeeping bothered twice in the morning, at 9:30 and 10:30 am."

"Some hotels don't have coffee in the room and I appreciated that and the fridge. The only negative is the area is a little sketchy but it's not the hotels fault."

"Please do not stay here. Property is ugly, dirty, beds are uncomfortable, pool is dirty. Only old coffee with grounds. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage, no pastry. Only old waffle batter and old coffee. The hotel has a strong odor, toilet clogged. Pay a few more dollars and stay with dignity somewhere else. Will never. NEVER NEVER stay here again. Please don't get fooled by the pictures."

"There are roaches at this hotel. It is unfortunate as I typically enjoyed staying here it’s a tucked away mellow area. I’ve had to kill a total of 5 roaches during my stay with my 1 year old and 2 year old. I do not recommend this hotel any longer"

"This is in a terrible location with a large homeless population and a lot of drug usage. The door didn’t fully seal closed, the room was dirty, the beds were terrible, but mostly we just did not feel safe or feel that our vehicle was safe while parked overnight. Do NOT bring your family here."

"Motel vibe but excellent night stay for the night. Our room close to freeway, thin walls. But I appreciate they had room avail for my family last minute."

"Nice place with a spacious suite and beautiful bathroom. Grounds were nice, only complaint is they must put blackout shades on the windows as with the current drapes the room was sunshine filled at 6am each morning."

"It’s very clean… but some equipment is broken or run-down. They try to save on absolutely everything, so tiny soap bars, no shower gel etc. tv remote is handed out during check-in… overall not a bad place if you have to crash for the night, but certainly not a place to stay for vacation."
