"Beautiful view from hotel, clean rooms, but not very spacious, our room was next to the hotel restaurant restroom and guest would make line in front of our room door. I only inquired about an early check in weeks before my arrival through their chat service and was automatically charged 50.00 for early check in without my authorization. I had to request a refund upon my departure and they indicated it was an error."
