I found cockroaches and requested a different unit and they attended it right away. But overall; their good except it needs renovation some unit to avoid cockroaches"

"Check-in was a mightmare! I booked 2 separate rooms for my brothers and their families for our reunion. They were required to send photos of IDs via viber. Problem #1 , my brothers did not have viber so l had to send the requirements by email. We had to wait before the QR codes were sent which was after 9pm.
