"Our overall stay at this hotel was excellent. The one that stood out most was that all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and modern. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the beds aren’t as comfy. The bed I had I could feel the spring on my back. I think beds need to be updated. Otherwise, the rooms are great. "The pool was terrible! Getting to the pool, going about the pool, the pool itself was terrible! Not clean either and only for small children. The pool should be easily accessible for hotel guests without the hoopla that we had to go through. The area around the hotel should be cleaner as well.none of our drivers knew how to get to our hotel. Going anywhere you have to go through a bad area to get to the good area. "

"The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in. "The room was spacious! Really great layout with a separate couch for lounging around. Housekeeping was amazing and accommodating to our late check out, even bringing us fresh towels so we could shower before leaving for the airport. Concierge was always helpful & present! We always felt safe around the hotel & surrounding! Great traffic control by hotel staff (necessary since the area is so busy)! Christian at Check in was efficient, friendly & informative.
