"Parking spots need to be reconfigured as the small spaces resulted in many vehicles choosing to double park. The property is definitely dated. We were in the area for an event and had booked over a month ago, but due time the chemical leak, many families were displaced and ended up in local hotels. Due to the crowds, we opted to check out and skipped the breakfast."

"On my way into the lobby on arrival I noticed a very strong chemical smell. It was the same in the elevator, hallways and my room. The smell was less the next day and I finally recognized the smell. They had been having fumigation done for bugs. I had a cockroach crawling on the wall by the thermostat, a chunk of the tub coating was missing and the horrible smell of weed coming from the AC unit when you ran it. "The only thing we noticed was a lot of hair in the bathroom , specifically in the shower . Maybe it was a one time miss but we did have to rinse the bathtub and shower wall as it was extremely noticeable . Other than that , great as always !"

"It was close to the freeway, which was nice. However, the bathroom light didn't work and the shower knob was broken so I had to take a cold shower in the dark."

"I was disappointed that talking to the Front Desk person was only through a Window as I had to stand outside it. There was no water hookup to the handheld shower and then I had to take a bath, I couldn't get electrical power to the hairdryer."

"the first night was absolutely horrible we had to move rooms in middle of night do to someone smoking weed and our room filling up with there smoke. the man that night working was quick to move us after I suggested he just move us. Parking was horrible. rooms were clean but there was pretty much nothing in them are bed didnt even have a fitted sheet on it. The rooms had very thin walls and you could pretty much hear everything. if your counting on the breakfast don't very little and not good....

"The rooms were absolutely disgusting, dirty. Bugs walking around on the floor. Bathtub/shower had hair in it from the previous people. The trim on the floor boards looked like someone had been chewing on them. Upon opening the door, the room stunk of weed. Not good when you have 2 children asking what that smell is. The bathroom door wouldn't close because it would hit the toilet seat. Positive thing was it was right across the street from Knots Berry Farm. I definitely would not stay here again...
