"Il faisait froid, et on m'a dit à l'accueil que c'est normal car le chauffage est désactivé le 1er mai... Avec une météo à 7° la nuit et 100€ la nuit ça craint un peu quand même "

The place is in what I consider a really great location at one end of Lake Annecy with a fantastic view across the length of the lake. "Fantastic location being walkable to restaurants, cafes, all the gorgeous sights and the train station. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. "Hotel situé directement dans la vieille ville, près de tous les sites touristiques et des restos. Très pratique; cependant. Il faut savoir que l,accès en auto est impossible après 11 hres. Il faut alors transporter les valises et l,accès n,est pas facile. Des stationnements sont situés tout près et un rabais est offert par l,hôtel."

"A beautiful hotel nestled in a stunning landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and relaxing. That said, I was disappointed by the additional cost to access the spa, which is €20 per person, per hour. Given the relatively small size of the spa, charging guests by the hour felt a bit excessive, which deterred us from using the spa. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially at €25 per person. "Le personnel étais vraiment très accueillant, disponible, souriant et très gentil. L'état de la salle de bain est vraiment médiocre pour un 3 étoiles. Carreau plus que moyen, joins très noir et quand on prend la douche impossible de pas faire une piscine. Les joins partent en morceau quand on se douche. Le petit déjeuner étais bon mais de là a ce que ça revienne a 13€50 par personne (prix internet sinon plus cher) j'en doute un peu. Même pas de volets aux chambres ou bien des stores afin de...

"Great location, 5 minutes walk to the town. Really good bakery in reception for breakfast or Lunch. Free parking up the road until the end of June so dont need to pay for the hotel parking (This will be different in the summer) The room was clean and comfortable ( we had a comfort room) but no view, but that is what we paid for. Would definately recommend this hotel"
