"I thought the hotel was decent. The room was clean and the service was excellent. All the front desk staff were very friendly. There were a few things that could be improved. My hotel door was very difficult to open with my key. I had to repeatedly use the key to get the door to open and the keys seemed really sensitive compared to normal hotel keys. My keys stopped working several times during my stay which meant I had to go downstairs to fixed at the front desk. The water temperature of my shower was lukewarm at its hottest setting so my shower was not especially comfortable. The hot tub was not working while I was staying there. And my room had a mild but noticeable smell presumably from the cleaning materials. These were all small issues that were annoying but not horrible. Again the staff was very friendly and ultimately the hotel served its purpose by giving me a place to sleep."

"The room was clean and super spacious (we got the king size bed room). Blackout curtain 100% worked, work up at 9am and the room was completely dark. Walkable to Porto, pirates and medieval dinner. Super close to great eats or even cheap eats."

"Booked here because my family stayed here about 8 years ago and it was a great experience. It has definitely gone downhill since then. Carpet in our room was torn where it looked like a dog tried to dig out from the bunk room. Paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Cheap fluorescent wall sconces in the bunk room were missing their covers. Furniture and doors were all dinged up. The bottom side of the top bunk was covered in writing and drawings from previous guests. Any updates that have been done were done with poor workmanship. Oh, one of the things we loved about our first time staying was the included breakfast. Thats gone too. Entire place needs a face lift."

"Great price you have a McDonald’s down the street and Walgreens gas station literally next door Disneyland about 12 mins away super convenient internet was good checking in was easy experience they charge the first night the day before you arrive. The drawers where not super clean but I mean everything else was good "
