"Perfect place to stay in Oro Valley, enjoy it every year, this has been my 2nd year to get away from all the noise of the city and relax to unwind, clean room and comfortable."

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"I specifically stayed here for the kitchen, they also have extra kitchen appliances on hand if needed. I used their blender. Room similar to a studio, spacious, all essentials necessary and overall decent size. The staff was helpful. The hotel offers a Laundry room and a well equipped gym. Only downside is encountered was the gazebo area. We couldn't get in to grill, our key wasn't working, plus it gas just rained so the key locks were off. The Pool was a bit dirty but other than that I...

"Bed is uncomfortable and low. Only window a/c units, which aren't great. Funny smell around the place. Breakfast was for a vegan or worse. Unkempt pool area. Didn't even finish the crappy coffee. Skip this place entirely. Much better accomodations are available."

"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items.
