"This place is a hidden treasure. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful grounds, heated pool, large hot tub, clean rooms. Plenty of restaurants in the area or eat in at the hotel. The hot breakfast was a little disappointing but still acceptable. All in all a great place to stay if you're in the northwest Tucson area."

"Pros: Nice location with great views, three pools, fantastic staff, beautiful grounds Cons: entire resort feels outdated, terrible Wi-Fi, When we checked in for our reserved poolside room, we were steered to a pool room at the backside of pool for quiet and privacy. Thank goodness!! Actual poolside rooms would have been very noisy. But, our room was extremely outdated. Bathroom needs updating, mold was everywhere around the tub/shower, cabinetry and sinks were worn, harsh lighting, and television was probably ten years old or more. A nice touch were windows that could have been opened. Unfortunately, we didn’t dare to leave them open because screens at ground level were torn and could have allowed snakes, scorpions, or desert animals to enter our room. No thank you! On the other hand, the staff were exceptional in every way. Big shout out to Rosario! She made breakfast each morning a real delight."

"The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. From the pools and hot tubs to the views of the surrounding area of Tucson, everywhere you looked was pleasing to the eye. We had dinner at the La Luz restaurant on site and the sunset on the mountain was picture perfect from our table by the infinity pool. The food was also amazing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"I tried through Hotels.com and also through the hotel directly her Hotels.com direction to cancel the reservation, and I kept getting the runaround. Hotels.com told me to handle it with a hotel and when I called the hotel, they told me to handle it with Hotels.com. I didn’t make the trip and I tried to cancel."

"The stay at the property started out on a bad note. The staff person at the check in counter was both rude and uninviting. No smile, no Hello welcome. If I was the manager of the property, I would have fired him on the spot."

"Location is good it’s near to the eateries. The hotel breakfast was okay. I suggest breakfast should have turkey or chicken sausages too not all the time pork sausages."
