"During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place...

However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"We enjoyed our visit, the breakfast was delicious. Waffles, egg omelette, potatoes with bell peppers, breakfast sandwiches and so much more. The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm.
