"During a 6 day stay our room was never cleaned, despite stopping daily to ask the front desk if they could please clean our room. The carpet was so dirty and it felt sticky. There was also a 2" cockroach on the wall that we had to kill. When I confronted the front desk on the fourth day of our stay - they apologized and said they didn't have enough help to take care of our room. They offered some snacks from the store - but all we wanted was our room cleaned up. This was a terrible place...

"I loved the pool"

"The bathtub didn’t drain and it took two days to fix. Pool wasn’t cleaned and the tennis courts needed to be rolled. Six o’clock coffee in the morning is too late for those traveling from the east coast. The gift shop was only opened on certain days. The grounds and staff were great. The food and drinks were overpriced and took forever to get. There were only two other groups in the dining area. The bed was comfortable and it was real quiet in the room. All in all I would give it three stars out...

"Nice view. Comfortable bed. Big room with two tvs! Good water pressure and hot water for shower. Bring bottled water. They addressed a concern quickly. Didnt hear any neighbor sounds. Tricky to access driveway. Signs to identify where to turn might help. Plenty of parking. Starbucks etc nearby. Good value for the $. Shampoo etc was nice. Didnt realize it was a motel but no issues after initial concerns addressed. Would stay here again when i could take advantage of pool, putting, exercise room....

"Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. "

"The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet."
