"The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on"

"I had a fantastic experience at Suites Lomboy & Plaza. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy. "Our room smelled like mold. The swim out was dirty. We didn’t use it at all. We had to ask for towels. We had to beg for hot water. The food was horrible. The front desk would not get us a shuttle even though it’s in our booking. Racial issues. Told to change close to go in restaurant but Caucasian lady went in her swimming suit. Birds eating on buffet. Horrible experience"

"From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel.
