"The only redeeming fact about this hotel is that it’s on the water and the view is beautiful but other than that, it’s not a good place and I would not recommend it. The room smells and everything is outdated and the whole layout and concept is so weird. I’ve never been at a hotel that was so awkwardly designed. It’s terrible. The energy is weird and it was not a great stay for the week. I was there for work… the food is not great there and there’s not many options and it’s not super close to...

"Was so pleasantly surprised that the room and everything else in it were so clean. No unsightly stains on the linen and bedsheets too. Actually everything looks v clean, from the business centre to the hotel interior and the gym. The staff received us warmly and helped with little requests during the 5 nights stay. Only a few min walk from the metro, will highly recommend. Would like more firmer pillow choices for the room though."

"What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."
