"This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus.
