"It's clearly a block of flats that has been converted to a hotel. My room was a bit cramped but for a few nights, I could live with it. There is a slight smell which in high summer is likely to be prominent. If you don't expect a 5 star experience, then it's OK. My room was clean, the staff friendly enough and walking distance to all the major sights. If I was back in Florence, would I stay there again, probably not, but I've no real complaints. Just don't expect too much and you'll be fine."

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"Good room, comfy beds and pillows. Smart tv. Good amenities. Towels are a bit rough. Need to work on sound proofing the room from the road. Safe works, mini fridge in room. Check in could have been more informative about the city, map etc. just got a basic check in and here’s your key. Breakfast is a nice touch. Area is okay, close to the station and the centre. "

"The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly."

"Zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer met goed bed op een centrale locatie. Wel veel lawaai er kan geen raam open in de nacht. De douche is erg klein voor een gemiddelde man en het terras boven werd verbouwd dus daar kon je helaas niet buiten zitten in het zonnetje."
