Hotel murah di La Torre

"Parking is tricky, but we found a free parking lot close by. Check-in was easy and Livia was a gem full of helpful tips and resources. Check out - the front desk guy wasn’t very helpful. We paid the city tax in cash and wanted our change in coins - just a few coins to use in town- very much needed in Italy and he wasn’t willing to provide coins or even break a ten. He offered no assistance. Overall the room, spa and property is nice. No restaurant during off season, but the breakfast provided...

"When we arrived, our room was 28 degrees Celsius. The hotel is not legally allowed to turn on air conditioning before May, so we had to open the window. Well, that let in a bunch of mosquitos and didn’t really help cooling the room off. Also, while they did have parking, it was first come first served. They had about 10 spots so it’s a risk. "The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. "Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Perfect location for exploring Florence. 1mile from the train station (20 min walk). Overlooking the river. Clean. Staff friendly. Good selection of food at breakfast. A lovely terrace to sit on and watch the world go by. Free tea/coffee/water provided throughout the day. Would definitely recommend others to stay at the Hotel Silla! "
