"Sad to say the best part of this hotel room was the water pressure in the shower. The herbal renewal scented hand soaps, shampoos and lotion were offensive not a neutral refreshing scent. "

"The check in staff was great. We had 3 rooms total - one room was dirty upon check in so the staff had to go check to make sure the other rooms were cleaned prior to giving us room keys. One room had dirty sheets. During the night time, we did see a roach in the bathrooms in All of our rooms."

"I was less than impressed with this stay. My friend and I had booked this hotel on Expedia because their description said it had shuttle service to the airport for free. Upon arrival to Newark international, we called to double check and the hotel said they don't offer that service at all, which made travel to the property unexpectedly expensive for us. We eventually got to the property but it was not well maintained. There were stains on the walls, caution tape by the elevator and our room was...

"Great little hotel for a short stay. Super clean. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good!"

"If I could give this place a -5 I would. We had two rooms as we were a group of 7. Absolutely no towels for either room even after asking for them countless times. We were told they didn’t have any.. one of our rooms didn’t have a working A/C for the first two days finally was fixed for the last night. "

"The hotel had a bad smell and the lights didn’t work right. In the morning someone was smoking and caused a fire so everyone had to evacuate. We were out for 4 hours in our car before we were able to go back in and retrieve our bags. The hotel didn’t refund our money for another hotel and even charged us $50 if damages occurred. Overall my wife and I had a bad experience and thank GOD no one was injured."

"The bistro was at best a 5 on the scale of one to 10. The only thing good about your hotel was the staff! They are wonderfu. The people in the hierarchy of Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. For the horrible position, you put those people in because your properties, physically are shabby . And they have no support and they’re stuck explaining to the customers why you people are so cheap and that you don’t have an organized way in how you operate your properties.
