"Everything was okay. Staff friendly and parking was good."

"Beautifully decorated…the beds are very comfortable! Pool area seemed very nice. We couldn’t keep the temperature in the room to stay at a certain level. It would get cooled to the temperature that we desired, but then the heater would kick on if it got too cold. Seemed like it couldn’t make up its mind. Definitely could use dark out curtains. The door was very loud trying to go in and out without waking up anyone in the room. As well as the bathroom has a sensor light on which turns the light on every time you walk past the bathroom in the middle of the night and lights up the room. the door on the bathroom has a soft close but is loud to close. Truly is nothing quiet about the place, but it definitely is stunning to look at! Has a beautiful deck to sit on, but not a good view. It’s either the parking lot or rooftop and parking lot. I was on the third floor in which I could hear kids running early in the morning up and down the halls. I gave this hotel 4 out of 5 stars because they need to learn to be more aware of what would make it more comfortable and quiet. Also food was given in small portions for a costly price. I think this hotel has great potential. Just need to fix a few things."

"So if you do this deal your definitely not staying on main property. They got different bulings to stay at. It definitely felt like segregation on what you can afford. Building 23 has thin walls you can hear every conversation upstairs and every movment of up stairs. The TV was so outdated that it was cable and only a clicker with volume and channel button. All kid shows in spanish and if it's a good show no volume to it. They had no microwave. There was a blow dryer though. They had an ice bucket in the room, definitely no ice machine but a soda machine. Make sure to definitely bring a block for your charger because they have no areas whatsoever in the hotel room for charging ports. The bunk beds were really cool but you could tell that there was no sealant over them to prevent splinters and to lessen how slick it is when getting onto the top bunk. I honestly thought it was funny that they had the bunk beds in there but they painted a backboard to the queen size bed. And be very careful because the bunk beds are not screwed into the floor or even the wall so they can be moved around.The only thing that was good was the water park. I bet staying on campus has better rooms and stuff. When I checked in it was a complete different building then the resort or the building I was staying at. When I walked in the staff was just nonchalant not talkative no energy whatsoever just was whispering themselvs. They gave us a map but not a map for main hotel to know where things are."

"Iv stated at this property over 10 times over the past 3 years. I ran into several issues with cleanliness, working amenities, and over all experience. The main pool on the first level is out of service, the heating/ac unit in the room squealed extremely loud, and "

"Staff was great and breakfast options were nice as well, the only complaint I have is the noise level, we were not able to sleep as a result of a couple screaming and arguing, I could not tell if they were in the room next to us or above us so I could not call front desk to notify them. Oher than that our stay was fine and I know this is not something that the staff has control of"

"The menu for breakfast was good, but could of had eggs or some sort of protein. The beds and shower was really nice in the room. The room was very clean as well! The hot tub was very nice as well and very warm."
