"The outside stairs to the hotel need fixing! Broken, fallen, etc. On my previous stay, I had a nicer room, this one was rather small, but clean. There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. Good air con system. Quiet and clean. Free breakfast, simple but suited me. Nice to meet people at breakfast. Very well located to my taste."

"I’m very disappointed with our stay. The main issue was the excessive noise coming from the guests upstairs. We were on the first floor, and the noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. I tried several times to go to the front desk, which was advertised as being open 24/7, but there was literally nobody there during the entire night. I also tried calling the hotel’s phone number several times, but nobody answered. Our scheduled check-out time was 11:00 AM, but...
