"There was a virtual check in machine that was a terrible experience. I couldn’t hear what the screen was saying, the volume was too low and the person (?) on the screen could not make the volume louder. The lobby door was locked so I couldn’t access an actual live person. When a human came to assist the experience improved exponentially! The person was kind, friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is under construction. My room was remodeled, but there were no dishes or silverware. Most of the staff was friendly, but one of them always seemed confused and when I asked for anything, she looked at me with a puzzled look on her face. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but the rest of the staff was great. This will be nice when it is completed..."

"Inn was beautifully renovated while maintaining its historic character. Weather was great when we stayed there and it was so nice to be able to open the windows for fresh air while we slept. Windows had screens and we were on the third floor. Area was quiet. Our room was very large, clean, and provided lovely toiletries. Free, convenient parking was appreciated. "The hotel was very clean, has a pool, fire pit, and walking trail right out back! Right behind the outlets and only 11 minutes from the boardwalk/beach. The GM was very helpful when we needed to switch rooms due to AC not properly working. We will definitely be booking here again our next trip to Rehoboth!"

"No soap in bathroom"

"Bathroom was large for ADA accessibility but no counters for toiletries, even the sink surface was slanted and not usable to put toothbrush etc. Limited flat surfaces in room (no desk as shown in pictures). For a studio room there were no utensils, cups or plates. They could be purchased and taken with you when checking out (included fry pan and pot but there is no hot plate?). Tried to see if a card could be mailed and was told there was no certainty when mail would be picked up."

"The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on."

"The staff was so helpful. We hit bad weather and are travel was delayed and Expedia system canceled out room after 11pm. When we called to verify travel (due to weather) was delayed. We literally had no room to sleep and the staff figured out for us."
