My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. "The staff are lovely and the whole property is clean and presentable. I found this very handy from CLE rental car area. It was also a safe area!"

"We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental."

"I hate to leave a bad review, but here I am. This place was very misleading with all the good reviews and the pictures on the listing. All the carpets were stained inside and outside of the room. The whole second floor smelled of pot. The linens were stained, ALL OF THEM including the pillows. We checked for bedbugs cause it just looked as if they would be present, if they were we didn’t see them. Everything was very dated, almost like they took over an abandoned motel and threw a coat of paint...

"Clean room with friendly and kind staff. Only problem is the fridge did not get cold and there wasn't a way to make it colder. My mom is diabetic and needed to be able to place her insulin somewhere cool and booked under the expectation we had a fridge. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"We booked and the room wasn't cleaned. They gave us key cards and waiting till the room was cleaned. Came back hours later to find someone sleeping in our room. Worst experience ever. Left the hotel around 11:30 after getting confirmed refund. I wont not stay here."

"We booked this room for 6 days and we're coming into town for two graduation parties. I found the room to be less than desireable. There was no closet. There is no maid service. apparently there was a leak in the room above us are selling was nothing but patchwork."
