"The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very nice, the only thing is that everything can be heard from one room to another if the next room is open. close to them you can even hear the sounds of the coat racks in the close all the conversations the bathroom the shower drains all the water even outside you have to dry the floor every time you take a bath localisasio. "The front desk did not relay a lot of information when we got to the hotel. We did not know to make a reservation at soon as we got there. Not a good description of how to access lunch, and was not told needed swim caps for pool. This could be the custom, but we are not used to it and so we didn’t know."

The only thing I found difficult was not having a key to the room or hotel..an electronic code is required to enter the room and you use an internet connection to open the door to the lobby. If you don't have a smart phone it is problematic, especially if you have no internet connection. The hotel was excellent apart from this."

"Really well located hotel right outside the pedestrian zone in Palermo. In just 5 minutes you are in front of Teatro Massimo. The hotel is very secure, the staff is very friendly.
