"The room can definitely use a deep cleaning and upgrading. Shower curtain isn’t long so water gets on the floor when showering, Stopper is missing in sink, water leaks from the faucet handle. Couch needs to be deep cleaned or replaced. Floor needs to be mopped. Lamps need to be replaced or switched on them need to be super cleaned. Room had limited outlets and no usb ports. The pool area was locked, no note explaining."

"This is a smallish hotel in a small city. During the day you can see Lake Mead in the distance. Front desk is helpful and friendly and has a little store, which was helpful. It is very near the Southern Nevada State Veteran's Hospital and Cemetary. My father loves the fully-loaded baked potato that you can get in town."

"Didn't like that there was no ice bucket in room. No ice on each floor, and you had to get a little ice at front desk and had to go down 10 floors for it. No coffee in rooms just vouchers for coffee 10 floors down. Only one elevator operational. No restaurant, only snack food at different vendors inside casino."

"Hotel amenities were quite ok. What is NOT acceptable is the way the management and staff of this hotel respond to our inquiries. This is about the release of the $100/room hold deposit at check in. We were told at check in that this hold deposit will be released within 7 days after our check out. Since it was already 10 days after checking out and we have not received any release of such hold, we made a follow up call. The staff member who answered responded that he cannot find any records...

"Was an enjoyable stay. Close to the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Great place for exploring. Clean and comfortable rooms"

"The room was fine, but the prop overall is in need of a bit of "refreshing"...... older carpets/paint, etc. The only complaint was that we saw a homeless couple taking advantage of the ice machine in the main lobby."

"The duvet had blood on it and instead of a bed skirt they used a ragged white fitted sheet (classless). There were trays along the hallways with leftover food and trash not removed for at least 8 hours. Hallways were not air conditioned so you nearly passed out walking forever from the garage to your room. No hot water in the bathroom sink; to get hot water in the shower and sink, you had to turn on the tub and let it run constantly. Room coffee was horrible and there was trash behind the coffee...

"Parking was a breeze, the staff was absolutely wonderful! From checking us in early, to the pool staff, shuttle service, room service, and check out, the entire staff was constantly impressing us with their kindness and generosity. The room was clean and cool during the summer heat! The pool was very clean, as usual, and the slide is so much fun! Our bestie birthday staycation was well worth it, and we'll continue to keep coming back! I love The Westin Lake Las Vegas, I've stayed here many...

"Pretty great place to stay. Outside looks like a motel 6 inside looks great. Huge rooms, clean, nice staff, and a nice western vibe. Overall, exceeded our expectations."
