The actual building itself needs to be remodeled. The floors are stained and feel like they have been run through. It was very hard to sleep. The walls are very thin, especially the ceiling. I was on the second floor and was kept awake by all of the footsteps from the third floor. Everything echoes and it sounds like the ceiling was going to collapse in itself. There were distinct cracks on the ceiling and it left me very worried at night. The bathtub was also creaking pretty badly. I felt bad for the room that was under me since I knew they were being disturbed by how much the bathtub creaked with any little movement. Another safety issue were the outlets in the room. There were cracks around them and many of the wires are bent and connected to power extensions. It was very unsafe. The elevator needs to be serviced as well. It worked, but it sounded and felt like it was on its last gear. Breakfast went alright, but a main issue was the wait time for the waffle machine. There was only one. Another one should be installed. The restocking of the breakfast was also slow. I had to sit and wait to actually be able to get something to eat. Only positives were that the beds and room were moderately clean. Housekeeping was very nice and did their routine checkups every morning. For the receptionists, the ladies were very nice. The one man I came across was very blunt and not eager to help in his tone and gestures. I will not be coming back.
