"The hotel is super charming and the room was clean and comfortable with the exception of the very firm mattress. I guess you like it firm or you don't! The staff was very friendly and the onsite restaurants were great. I'd stay again and recommend it to my friends."

"It was close to the airport (12 minute rideshare), had a bed, bath, tv, and a lock on the door. Coffee is put out about 5am in the small lobby. It was sticky and dirty and the bed swayed. Ample parking and many people staying the night with flight issues. As grateful as I was to have it, I would only recommend it as an alternative to sleeping at the airport gate."

"Location is great. The staff wonderful and helpful. Some features of the room, however, were a bit problematic. One of the light features in the air conditioning would hit the wall and create a persistent noise. If you’re a light sleeper it may wake you up throughout the night. "I travel a lot, for business and pleasure. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The man that checked us in on Friday June 19th at 3pm was rude. No eye contact, did not ask how many keys we needed, did not direct us to the elevators, zero customer service. The bathroom mirror in our room was broken and dirty, the lights over the bed did not work, we had 2 towels 1 of them was stained, and the body wash in the shower was empty.
