"This hotel has a lot of character and the staff take good care of it, but it really triggered my dust allergies. "

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"Convenient location to train station and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good sized with dining area and equipped with all the conviences. Unfortunately the hot water was not working the night we stayed and the tub was a little cringy (not sure if I would have wanted to use it even if there had been hot water). Bed was clean and comfortable and a safe place to crash before catching an early flight."

"Room is very small compared to pics. No trash cans inside the room which was weird. Parking lot area looked sketchy and the workers at the front desk were sketchy too. Upon checking out the guy forgot the duration of when deposit comes back and stated he was drunk and that’s why he forgot. "

"The airport shuttle stopped pickup at 10 pm and didn't go before 5am. Not helpful to me. The area is sketchy but I had little choice due to being stranded in Chicago due to weather delays with my flight. Very noisy outside my room on the first floor (talking on phone, arguments, door slams) until at least 2:30 am. Staff did little to intervene for what was clearly audible from the lobby. Clean but shabby. At least the water was hot for my shower."

"It was very nice and well maintained, room was super hot without window open but that’s not a big deal, definitely need to me more open about the fact that’s it’s a shared space kind of hostel thing cuz I was unaware till arrival and I’ve seen many others also not get enough warning other then “shared fridge and microwave” on the page but overall good for price "

"I am not want to complain but this place was not it. Once I got here, my Uber driver told me to be careful as the area is dangerous for a young lady my age. Wi-Fi wasn’t working . Some people were discussing it to the lady at the front desk who was giving them much attitude, saying it was not her problem. I booked this thinking it was a hotel than got my room key for the motel room, that was my fault for not doing more research. It was a little sketchy getting to my room. The deadbolt did not...
