"Loved the room/view , staff was very courteous "

"Room was so bright with outside deck and intermittent car lights from parking lot. Property is run down and a mess. Bathroom had 4 lights over the mirror with 2 of them burned out. A box of Kleenex would have been a luxury. There was a dead bug in the medicine cabinet. You could clearly hear everything in the adjoining rooms. "

"Room nice but a bit outdated.furniture could use an upgrade. Spiral staircase not recommended for elderly. Stairs could use new stair pads very worn looking. Shower pressure very low Front desk staff, Brittany warm and friendly. Could not enjoy waterfall since seasonal. I am sure lovely to visit at right time of year. "

Explaining everything we had access to, amenities, and rules. I would 100% recommend staying here. I will be choosing this place for the next time I’m in the area."

"If I could, I would give this hotel zero stars. The check-in process took forever. Breakfast was practically nonexistent — people stood in a long line for omelets, and there wasn’t even enough for everyone. With only one waiter on the floor, getting coffee or a refill was nearly impossible. If a hotel advertises breakfast included, it’s reasonable to expect a decent meal.
