"the 1 star was for the staff who were not helpful but totally rude. this is not the staff at check in for the main hotel, but the staff across the street from the main hotel. they didn't know anything about the area, about public transportation, about sight seeing in the town...etc. it was always, "sorry ma'am". two ladies were complaining about the guests within earshot. so unprofessional. the only person i saw that was nice and patient was the young Chinese lady, everyone else was...

"Showe are unsafe. I split no rubber mat and smooth finish shower pan .Nightmare for splits .It good thing I am in shape .Hypex extended my fingers try slow fall done by bracing my hand against walls which smooth like floor .No rails anything hang on to ."

"Great front desk staff. Breakfast was ok. The price was inflated due to Fifa but expedia hopefully will honor their side of the credit when prices cut by fifty percent. Overall it was ok, will not be my first choice and will never book at non refundable room again. Hotel is very dated."

"The place was clean and basic. Pickup from Airport took over 45 minutes which was over double the time of the other airport hotel operating shuttles. Very noisy fridge and air con. Lots of little lights on appliances etc. Couldn't black out light through curtains. Very comfy bed."
