"Beautiful! We were thrown off by the european door locks and needed someone to help us lock the door and someone came very quickly. Rooms are small but nice. Surrounding area is gorgeous.
I do wish that they had blackout curtains but that's a me thing. The midnight sun threw us off."

"The staff for the most part were very nice and friendly! Rooms were clean. Location was very nice!
However our room was not what we expected. We booked two twins and got a bunk bed and a loft bed. While we got more beds than expected it was difficult to climb up the stairs and sleep in the bunk bed as my travel partner is very tall. We also booked access to the hot tub and sauna and the hot tub was luke warm (at best) while we were there.
Overall, the hotel was fine as we were busy doing...

"The room was perfectly maintained, and the area is nice and quiet. It's also very convenient because there's a mini-mall right next door with a coffee shop, pharmacy, and convenience store. Parking wasn't a concern at all either, as they have plenty of spaces available. And on top of that, the customer support team was excellent—always quick to reply and very helpful."

"Stay away! This has to be the worst hotel in Iceland.
I stayed here a few years and remember it fondly, this week has been a joke: nothing works, the staff are oblivious, the rooms are old and the breakfast buffet is terrible.
Let’s start from the top:
1) the rooms vary, you should insist on the ‘updated’ room otherwise you’re basically staying in a hostel
2) the faucet turns itself off. The shower can’t be fully turned off so it leaks all night. The TV doesn’t work - the channels buffer and...
