"Everything wonderful, nice place and staff friendly and helpful. Beautiful and clean room and comfortable bed. There is also a cafe restaurant right nearby with owl, lions, monkey with a nice atmosphere where families can bring the kids to take pictures with the animals. 7 eleven nearby and a lot of street food stalls. Also very accessible if you plan to take the boat to see Phi Phi islands or other islands."

"Good evening. Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. A huge thank you to Tom for the wonderful hospitality and professional service. He put all his effort and energy into truly serving his guests, and that's something I'll never forget. I will definitely return without a doubt. The house is huge; I didn't expect it to be this big. "I have been trying to get a refund since January 31, 2021. When I booked my room it said free cancelation, I tried to cancel and the hotel kept all my money. Expedia said that they don't answer the phone so there is nothing that they can do. Worst experience ever, never booking with them or expedia again. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff, rented a scooter for 4 days for a reasonable price. Only complaint was the ac didn’t blow cold but the fan option worked great to keep the room cool at night. "

"Lovely little guesthouse in an okay location. If you rent a motorbike it's not far from most attractions. Rooms were clean and comfy. They also had free water refills."

"Beautiful hotel located at a convenient spot in Old Town. Room was surprisingly very spacious. Staff at Hawa House made sure we have freshly stocked drinking water and new towels every day. Would definitely stay at Hawa House again next time I go to Phuket and would definitely recommend it to anyone!"
